We ship worldwide and aim to deliver all orders as efficiently and securely as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Tracked shipping is available and tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Estimated delivery times begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard international shipping: approximately 6–21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, customs processing, and remote areas.

Free Shipping

  • Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD.
  • Eligibility for free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Social Pepper does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

  • Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
  • We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete before placing your order.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or unclaimed deliveries, may require an additional reshipping fee.

Delivered but Not Received

  • If tracking confirms your order has been delivered, we are unable to refund or replace the package.
  • Please check with neighbors, reception desks, building management, or household members if applicable.
  • We strongly recommend shipping to a secure delivery address.

Late or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
  • Carriers may only classify shipments as lost after a specific period from dispatch, depending on destination.

Returns & Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
