Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Request a Return
- Please contact us at admin@socialpepper.co with your order number and reason for return.
- All returns must be approved before sending items back.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for availability and instructions.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Approved faulty-item claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
International Returns
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items returned due to unpaid customs charges may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
