Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return

  • Please contact us at admin@socialpepper.co with your order number and reason for return.
  • All returns must be approved before sending items back.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for availability and instructions.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  • Approved faulty-item claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

International Returns

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items returned due to unpaid customs charges may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
