We ship worldwide and aim to deliver all orders as efficiently and securely as possible.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business

day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Methods & Tracking

Tracked shipping is available and tracking details will be provided once your order has

shipped.

Estimated delivery times begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Standard international shipping: approximately 6–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, customs processing, and remote

Free Shipping

Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders over $250 USD.

Eligibility for free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Social Pepper does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined

by local customs authorities.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or unclaimed deliveries, may

require an additional reshipping fee.

 

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms your order has been delivered, we are unable to refund or replace

the package.

Please check with neighbors, reception desks, building management, or household

members if applicable.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure delivery address.

 

Late or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation

with the carrier.

Carriers may only classify shipments as lost after a specific period from dispatch,

depending on destination.

 

Returns & Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or

incorrect.
