Returns & Refunds

At Social Pepper, each piece is carefully inspected and handled with intention before it reaches you.

For this reason, all purchases are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or

personal considerations.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us at admin@socialpepper.co within 7 days of delivery, including:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographic evidence

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

 

Resolution

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:

A replacement item (subject to availability), or

A refund to the original method of payment

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your provider.

 

Additional Information

Items must remain unused and in their original condition

We may request the item to be returned for verification prior to approval

For approved claims, return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed
